ACCOUNT MANAGER (Foreign Candidate)
(LOCATION: GUANGZHOU, CHINA)

 

IMEX Sourcing Services is a Hong Kong -registered sourcing and product development company with team members from various places around the world. We are a technology-driven company catering primarily to clients in the US, UK and more.

We’ve grown at a rapid pace over the years and are currently on the hunt for foreign Account Managers for our main branch in Guangzhou.

Our ideal Account Manager plays a key role in managing high-value clients based in the United States, UK, Canada and Australia. He will be the link between our Sourcing Team and Clients, helping the latter find solutions to their sourcing problems and scale their China imports.

You will be responsible for:

  • Gathering and understanding sourcing requirements from our clients
  • Dealing with our clients on day to day basis and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided
  • Increasing sales of clients by helping them expand their product line. (P.S This is not a SALES Job & You DO NOT need to find customers, customers would be assigned by our Sales Team).
  • Working with the bi-lingual Chinese sourcing team to ensure client’s requirements are clearly understood, products sourced successfully and quality-issues resolved
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with the clients
  • Working with clients to help them develop new products in China and expand the size of their account

Our ideal foreign Account Manager should possess the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in dealing with international clients as someone in sourcing or sales position
  • Good knowledge of international trade processes
  • Willingness to move to Guangzhou as this is an office-based role
  • Must currently be in China and living in China for at least 1 year already
  • Preferably someone with Sales/Account Management experience
  • Preferably experienced in dealing with clients in the UK, US or Canada
