You can receive up to 600RMB for referring someone if they get hired. 300RMB is paid if the referral passes the probation period. You will receive another 300RMB if their referral works in the company for 1 year from their joining date.

Referrer Eligibility
Participation in the IMEX Referral Program is open to current employees and the general public to receive CASH rewards, so if you don’t know someone else, you can ask your friends to help too, for e.g. by sharing the Job Ads from our official Wechat Account (QR Code shows in the footer).
Referral Eligibility
Employment referrals must meet the following criteria in order for their referrers to eligible to receive the rewards:
- Individual cannot be currently or previously employed by IMEX.
- Individual has not already been referred for employment by anyone else.
- Individual has not already applied for any positions on completed an online application ever before.
- Individual must pass all the tests and get hired by IMEX, and at least pass 3 months of probation period.
- Referral is only recognized when the individual mentions the referrer’s name on the application form.
- Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired at a later time or gets hired for another position.

How to make sure you get your credit?
Simply fill out the referral form( link down below) and ask your friend to enter your name in the application form field “Where did you hear about us?”, so we can link the candidate to your referral.
