Job Location: NO. 2 HuaQiang Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou.

 

MISSION:

To be responsible for overall results of the sourcing team. Resolve any cases/complaints that come-up within a fixed time-frame and closing 70% of the opportunities by no. of opportunities and 80% by value.

OUTCOMES:

  • To bring about incremental improvements in the Opportunity & Project Closure time.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction rate on all projects is above 90%.
  • Ensuring that there is a trackable learning plan in place for the sourcing team which includes Training Videos.
  • Participate in the development of scorecards for each role within the sourcing team.
  • Resolving conflicts with factories whenever needed.
  • Ensuring content/documentation is developed in areas where there is a gap in customer understanding and on the ground reality.
  • Taking care of promotion decisions for the sourcing team, as well as salary discussions and negotiations.
  • Ensuring balanced workload between different sourcing executives.
  • Ensuring all sourcing & QC procedures are adhered to and taking action when they are not adhered to.

 

 

COMPETENCIES:

  • At least 5 years work experience in sourcing management in UK/US Market.
  • Good command of written and oral business English
  • Should we able to speak fluent Mandarin.
  • At least 5 years of management experience & 10+ years of sourcing experience.
  • Strong project management skills.

 

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Fixed Salary + % of Net revenue
