Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified IT assistant who will provide support for our IT department and help internal customers with IT related requests.

A successful IT assistant must have a thorough knowledge of software and a variety of internet applications and ideally experience with CRM systems. Great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail are important.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support with IT admin tasks on our systems (CRM, emails, website, etc.)
  • Testing systems, plugins, integration and customization of CRM, website and other systems
  • Carrying out research
  • Producing documentation (written form and videos)
  • Setup and configure business requirements in CRM and website


REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Proven experience as Software IT Assistant or relevant position
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • In depth understanding of diverse (web) software systems
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
  • Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
